Patent attorney co-pilot

‘GenIP‘ is a company that aims to revolutionize the traditional practice area of patent attorneys with digital transformation. They have developed an artificial intelligence assistant to take over the role of a specification writer. This AI assistant helps patent attorneys in their work by summarizing the chat with the inventor and writing the patent specification. The AI uses prompts prepared for each type of invention and can be customized in detail. This innovation can drastically reduce the time taken to write a patent specification from 2-5 days to just 2-5 minutes. As of 2023, there were 3.45 million patent applications worldwide, and GenIP is targeting an international market worth $1.4 trillion. The big picture for GenIP is that their AI program will enable faster patent filings, which will increase patent attorneys’ income and ultimately increase GenIP’s revenue. In the future, patent attorneys may want to keep an ‘AI patent drafting’ by their side.

Protect your secret code

When you log into various websites such as Slack, Notion, Instagram, Meta, AWS, and many others, you are using your ID or password which is like a key to a valuable safe. These are called ‘credentials.’ If someone steals your credentials, it can expose your company’s valuable assets to a risky environment, leading to a breach of confidential company and customer information. If you are worried about the possibility of hacking, there is a solution you can try. Cremit‘s service integrates easily with source code, document repositories, collaboration tools, messengers, and more to identify any credentials that may be at risk of being compromised. Cremit automatically scans and categorizes your credentials and sends immediate alerts to your security team in the event of a hack. Cremit is a global B2B SaaS solution that can be signed up and used anywhere in the world.

Star-studded casting!

A platform called ‘Plfil’ has a database of tens of thousands of actor profiles. Casting directors looking for a fresh-faced actor for a role use natural language search to find suitable candidates. For example, they can search for “20-something, athletic build, timid personality” to bring up a filmography of actors that fit the description. Actors don’t need to travel to auditions and submit physical paperwork, and directors and writers don’t have to sift through their overflowing inboxes. Plfil plans to expand the system to South Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia and is diversifying its business model by offering management to entertainers who need an agency. (An actor cast through this platform will play a role in the upcoming Netflix series ‘The Squid Game 2,’ so keep an eye out for that!)

AI is the perfect work tool

Whether it’s writing documents, creating images, online marketing, consulting, PR, social media posts, or anything else. ‘Wonderslab’ has taken into consideration the needs of business people when it comes to utilizing AI in their work. While conversational AI may not be suitable for every task, using AI that is customized to specific tasks such as marketing, design, content creation, and public relations can be challenging to learn. To simplify the process, Wonderslab recommends using an AI assistant within their platform to handle a wide range of tasks. For instance, ‘Wdot’ is a document workflow tool that allows users to input basic information, and the AI program will create a table of contents and a first draft. ‘Idot’, on the other hand, helps with creating AI images by suggesting prompts when users click on keywords. Similarly, ‘Sdot’ suggests social media content topics and feed content. The company is currently raising $1 billion in funding and has plans to develop additional features such as an AI assistant that creates videos like OpenAI’s ‘Sora.’
